One routing key rides provider lanes with fallback: a flat-fee ChatGPT/Codex subscription, self-hosted Claude Code bridges, or metered API keys, with budgets and request logs. Agents can create an account without a human in the loop: email OTP in, sk_ token out, HTTP 402 with a checkout link until the membership is activated.
